For procedures related to protection of plant varieties patent fees are collected in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus “On Patent Fees”.

The amount of the fee for application filing equals to 0.5 of the base value.

Fees are transferred to the clearing account of the National Center of Intellectual Property.

A payment document should refer only to one application and contain the registration number of the application, the denomination of a plant variety, the patent number and the name of a procedure, for which payment has been made.
