PATENT FEES
The list of procedures for which patent fees are collected, fee amount and the date of payment as well as the grounds for exemption from fee payment and reduction of fee amount or refund are prescribed by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus “On Patent Fees”.

* A document attesting payment of the patent fee for the first year of the patent term is presented simultaneously with a document attesting payment of the patent fee for the grant of a patent.
Fees are transferred to the clearing account of the National Center of Intellectual Property.
A payment document should refer only to one application and contain the registration number of the application or the title of a utility model as well as the name of a procedure for which payment has been made.
