The Board of Appeals activity is regulated by the Statute of the Board of Appeals to the Patent Body adopted by resolution No.2, dated 10.01.2003, issued by Committee on Science and Technologies to the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (the edition of 29.11.2004).

Appeals, objections and claims lodged with the Board of Appeals to the Patent Office shall be drawn up in accordance with the Regulations on Lodging of Appeals/Complaints, Objections and Claims and their Consideration by the Board of Appeals to the Patent Body adopted by resolution No.1, dated 17.05.2001, of the State Patent Committee of the Republic of Belarus (the edition of 29.11.2004).
